Dave Reilly

Dave Reilly

Dave is the CEO of United Solutions and only the third leader of the company in its 100-year history. He joined the team in 2020, bringing more than 35 years’ experience in executive management with consumer products manufacturing companies, and he is committed to fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and service. Under Dave’s stewardship, United Solutions has formulated a strategy focused on operational excellence, strengthening core product categories, growing profitability, and continuing a century-long tradition of exceptional consumer satisfaction.

Prior to joining United Solutions, Dave was the Chief Operating Officer for Dorel Juvenile. Dorel is known for its Safety 1st, Maxi-Cosi, Quinny, Tiny Love, and Cosco brands. Prior to Dorel, he was the Executive Vice President of Operations for SharkNinja, and Head of Displays and Touch technical operations at Apple. Earlier in his career, Dave worked for Berkshire Partners for 11 years in executive-level positions within their portfolio companies, and as an Operating Director for the firm.

Dave holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell and an M.S. from Lesley University. He also has a Black Belt in Six Sigma.

Dave and his wife have seven children, and live in Medfield, MA. He enjoys time with his family and an occasional round of golf. In his spare time, Dave supports Sparhawk Academy and Sebago Boys Leadership Camp.

Paul Powers

Paul is the President of United Solutions, joining the team in 2022. Paul brings over 30 years of experience in retail and consumer products. Paul’s excited to work on revitalizing our Rubbermaid business as well as additional opportunities by utilizing information provided by the consumer. Focusing on these opportunities and working closely with David Reilly our CEO will ensure the profitable growth Paul strives for.

Paul was formerly the CEO of Dorel Juvenile US. Dorel is a global leader in Juvenile Products, including car seats, strollers and travel systems, infant health, and safety, sold under Safety 1st, Maxi-Cosi, Quinny, and Cosco brands. Prior to joining Dorel, Paul was SVP of Jarden Consumer Solutions, a leading global provider of small household appliances under the Sunbeam, Oster, Mr. Coffee and Crock-Pot brands.

 

Paul holds a B.A in Economics from Trinity College and an MBA from The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth.   

 

Paul is married with 4 children, and lives in Grafton, MA. In Paul’s free time, he enjoys quality family time as well as his hobbies, fly fishing, mountain biking and cooking.

Dave Vitello

Dave Vitello is the Chief Financial Officer of United Solutions, pushing the company to the next level of growth. Dave takes a cross-functional approach to develop United Solution’s strategic vision, goals, and objectives, and leads the team to execute on them, all in the pursuit of providing increasingly innovative and useful solutions to our customers and community, a culture of accomplishment to our people, and profitability to our company.

Dave comes to United Solutions with extensive financial, strategic, and operating experience and a track record of success leading both financial and consumer-centric businesses. He started his career at Deloitte, eventually serving as a manager in the audit and advisory practice both in the US and in France. Dave’s most recent experience has been at CVS Health, where he led transformation strategy and operations, and then as Vice President of Virtual Care during the COVID pandemic.

Dave has a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Northeastern University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Dave lives in Natick with his wife Brita and their four children. He enjoys playing golf in the summer and basketball in the winter.

Fred Beauregard

Fred Beauregard

Fred has been the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for United Solutions since 2002, with a proven track record of growing revenue through successful marketing initiatives and strategic sales planning, and has nearly four decades of experience in Sales and Marketing in consumer houseware products and direct-store-delivery/food products. His key strengths are business development, presentation skills, building a sales team through solid leadership, and a strong financial acumen.

Prior to joining United Solutions, Fred was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Tenex Corp, an Illinois company specializing in office products. Prior to Tenex, Fred was Vice President of Marketing for World Kitchen-Corning/EKCO Houseware in the Cleaning Products and Kitchenware Division. He has also worked in a number of managerial positions for Forster Manufacturing Company in Wilton, ME and Keebler Company in Elmhurst, IL.

Fred holds a B.A. in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an M.B.A. from Assumption College.

Fred is married with two children, and lives in Northbridge, MA. Fred volunteers his time at the Blackstone Valley Emergency Shelter and in other ministries at his church. Previously, Fred volunteered with Big Brothers-Big Sisters, Project Literacy, the Northbridge School Committee, and the Boy Scouts Troop 155 local food drive.

Ashutosh Patel

Ashutosh Patel

Ashutosh (Ash) is the Vice President of Manufacturing at the United Solutions facility in Leominster, MA. Ash originally joined United Solutions in 2017 as a Production Manager; he was promoted to Plant Manager in 2018 and then again to VP of Manufacturing in 2020. In his current role, Ash serves as the liaison between the manufacturing, sales, and management teams and provides the framework for production planning and execution. Ash is focused on upholding United Solutions’ commitment to quality, productivity, teambuilding, and accountability.

Ash’s career growth is one of the prime examples of United Solution’s belief in building from within. He came to the company with 17 years’ experience working in manufacturing environments ranging from medical to consumer products. Prior to joining United Solutions, Ash was the Engineering and Manufacturing Manager at NT Medical.

Ash holds an M.S in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell along with a M.S. in Plastics Technology and B.S. in Industrial Chemistry from Sardar Patel University, India.

Ash is married with one child, and lives in Chelmsford, MA. He is a diehard cricket fan and loves playing cricket, tennis, and badminton.

Michael Lockhart

Nick Bergeron

Nick is the Vice President of Supply Chain and IT. He joined United Solutions in 2005, and has served in roles across logistics, materials purchasing, production scheduling, and operations management.  Prior to taking over the Supply Chain and IT group, Nick spent four years as Plant Manager of the United Solutions facility in Sardis, MS. On behalf of the company, Nick combines his strong technical knowledge, business acumen, and logistics expertise to devise solutions for bottom-line gain, operational excellence, and business growth.

Nick also brings logistics and leadership experience from his service in the US Army Reserves.  He spent 14 years in the Army Transportation Corps, culminating in his final two years serving as Company Commander for a 207 Soldier Seaport Operations Company.  During his time in Mississippi, Nick served on the Executive Board of the Panola Partnership, the economic development board for Panola County.  Nick holds a M.S of Business Administration, and a M.S in Organizational Leadership from Nichols College.  Nick is married with two children and is a native of Leominster, MA. 

Rob Lee

Rob Lee

Rob joined United Solutions in 2019 and is the Vice President of Operations at the company’s manufacturing facility in Sardis, MS. Rob has more than 30 years’ experience in the plastic injection molding industry, specializing in process engineering and control, post molding automation, and visual management. Rob is a highly technical, approachable, and engaged leader who promotes an environment of employee engagement and accountability, data-driven continuous improvement, and operational transparency at all levels.

Prior to joining United Solutions, Rob was the Manufacturing Manager for BORAL Building Products for over 20 years. BORAL is known for its Mid-America, Atlantic, Tapco Tools, Builder Edge, and Vantage brands of exterior siding, trim, and window shutters.

Rob has extensive training in world-class operational excellence, lean manufacturing leadership, and injection molding technologies.

Rob and his wife Nicole have three children and live in Hernando, MS. In his spare time, Rob enjoys long distance running with his wife, spending time with his family, and playing golf and tennis.

Michael Lockhart

Michael Lockhart

Michael joined United Solutions as Vice President of Finance in 2018. He has over 30 years of manufacturing operations finance experience in aerospace, industrial fire protection, and consumer products industries. He provides leadership and direction for the finance and accounting team, and his priorities include driving profitability through key operational and customer metrics, implementing financial controls, strategic planning, financial reporting, and managing cash requirements.

Previously, Michael was the Controller for Precision Castparts’ Isothermal Operations Group within the Wyman Gordon Division. Prior to Wyman Gordon, Michael was with United Technologies Corp./Kidde-Fenwal for 12 years, initially as the Controller for Kidde-Fenwal and then as the CFO for a newly formed group within United Technologies Fire & Security division. In this role, he focused on building a nationwide footprint of distributors of industrial fire protection products and services through acquisition as well as financial integration, controls implementation, and turnarounds. Michael has also worked for Holson-Burnes Group (a Bain Capital investment) as Manager of Cost Accounting.

Michael holds a B.S. from Merrimack College. Michael and his wife have five children and live in Franklin, MA.
