COVID-19 Statement

How we are protecting the health and wellbeing of our employees, while continuing to serve our customers and the community
A Message From Our President

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to fundamentally alter the world as we have known it, United Solutions is closely monitoring the local, national, and global situation to make decisions that protect the health and safety of our employees and our local communities while ensuring continuity of service.

Our manufacturing facilities in Massachusetts and Mississippi remain fully operational and, as an essential business, we immediately adopted the CDC safety and mitigation protocols within our facilities. To support our workforce, we have implemented a variety of measures — including providing masks and gloves to everyone, required temperature checks upon entering our facilities, elimination of travel, and increased cleaning and sanitation of high touch areas — to promote health in the workplace.

In addition, we are providing paid time off for contact chain quarantines and hold positions open for employees who are concerned for their health or the health of loved ones at home. We keep detailed records of any positive cases and contacts and maintain contact to ensure the well-being of quarantined employees to support them and ensure they receive every benefit possible. We are committed to meet and exceed all regulatory requirements in our local areas.

On behalf of our dedicated team members, our hearts go out to those who have been impacted by COVID-19. Our commitment and focus on employee and community safety is ever vigilant. PPE requirements and training are now built into our new hire orientation and our corporate goal is to reduce recordable health incidents year-to-year. We will always continue doing our part to mitigate the spread of the virus and prioritize the health of our employees while delivering on our commitments.
