Inventory Control Associate
Working daily with other Inventory Control Team Members; as well as, all plant & distribution personnel to reach an inventory accuracy goal of 95%. This is accomplished by, but not limited to following documented procedures, training of personnel, daily cycle counts.
THE ROLE
- Assist with Weekly Inventory of Label Room
- Work with other Inventory Control personnel; as well as, Shipping, Receiving, Quality, Production Coordinators/Supervisor on a Daily basis to review & research items in the following locations:
- 4cycle1 – reconciliation of inventory placed in this location
- 4PS1 – reconciliation of IQMS inventory by serial number for items that have not moved in more than 7 days
- Sardis Line Locations – spot checks of inventory by line location ensuring that line clearances are occurring (assist in training Production Personnel of this process as needed)
- Cycle Count of items as required to including posting in IQMS and notation of counts in Teams
- Assist in training floor personnel of importance of daily inventory reconciliation processes & transactions required (i.e. disposition, movements, receiving, etc.)
- Daily use & extensive knowledge of Scan guns in all processes
- Backup to other Inventory Control Team Members as needed
- Assist during Physical Inventory as Required
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Must have current Forklift license (no accidents) OR willing to be trained
- Microsoft Office (Excel, etc.)
- Strong Math skills
- Fluent in English
WORK SCHEDULE
- This is an hourly position and pay is based on experience.
- Base schedule is Monday-Friday (8:00am to 4:30pm) **Overtime may be required**
